Adaptive reuse of an existing high-bay PEMB into a steel fabrication facility. Project included the addition of reinforcing braced and moment frames, columns, and rail support beams to support multiple levels of new overhead and jib cranes. A new loading dock was added.

Due to the existing site grades and parking an innovative ramp and recessed drive isle was developed for interior loading and delivery of material.
